How it works?

Warm Water Therapy: Float effortlessly in a heated pool (around 33-35°C), allowing your body to move freely and relax without the pull of gravity.

  • Hands-On Massage: Gentle stretches, fluid movements, and intuitive touch techniques to ease chronic tension and support circulation. The water creates resistance to release tight muscle and joint mobility.

  • Energy Healing Integration: Reiki-inspired energy work and chakra balancing to support emotional release and deeper inner connection.

  • Tailored for You: Each session is customised to meet your physical, emotional, and energetic needs.

Our treatment uses a variety of techniques catered to the individuals needs including elements of Watsu, Oceanic Body Aqua, Qi Gong, Reiki, Sound and energy work practiced in a therapy pool.

When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life.

My Story

From Skydiving to Stillness: Finding My True North

If you’d told me a few years ago that I’d be spending my days helping people float in warm water, guiding them into deep rest and healing, I probably would’ve smiled politely and zipped up my skydiving suit.

I’ve always been drawn to movement, to adrenaline, to the kind of sports and activities that make your heart race and your soul sing. From snorkelling in turquoise waters, getting twisted at pole fitness, dazzling audiences with fire circus, living the freedom on my motorbike, roller skating along our beautiful coast, to leaping from planes at 15,000 feet — I’ve always chased the pulse of being alive. Weekdays, I worked as a postie, serving my community with a smile and befriending doggos, and by weekend tinkering in my soulful interests — learning about the body, touch, and profound healing. I trained in massage, Reiki, water-based therapies, swimming instruction.. anything that would allow me to better understand the human experience.

But in 2024, life paused me in the most unexpected way.

I was hit by a car in a car park; a random, shocking moment that shattered my leg and changed everything! The healing process was long, painful, but humbling. And strangely.. clarifying. Non weight bearing for months, my body unable to move the way it used to, I was forced to listen more deeply. I asked myself:

What am I here for? What aligns with me?

The answer came softly, but surely:

To help others heal, guiding and repairing them back to their bodies. While to live with purpose, direction, and love.

That accident became my awakening — my neon sign to stop tinkering and start swimming fully toward my passion. The current carried me to my True North: supporting others through touch, water, and presence. Merging my 15 years in past body piercing and instruction experience with a rich knowledge of meridians, acupuncture and anatomy, with my love for energy work.

I’m also a proud vegan and animal advocate, living with a full heart for all creatures and with a fur-filled home. My Tabby cat Saffy and my gorgeous Spotty dog Jess are my lil’ shadows, all while I spend my downtime curled up with a good book or a movie. Laughing with my partner and friends at our music quiz nights (yes, we get competitive).

The water is my sanctuary, the great outdoors my medicine, and adventure — whether quiet or wild — is always calling me.

And yes, I’m neurodivergent.. and damn proud. What once felt like a barrier, is now my superpower: it’s what gives me my unique way of sensing, feeling, and connecting with others. I don’t see the world like everyone else. That’s exactly why I’m able to hold space the way I do; intuitively and authentically.

I am a survivor, a warrior, a healer, and a lover.

With every step of this journey — even the hard ones — it has led me to you.

Amongst our cracks, it’s what we do with the pieces that defines us.
